The hotel had a dark exterior upon arrival, lacking outside lighting, a bit tricky to navigate. Although the room was clean, it felt worn with an unpleasant odor. Trying to get hot water for tea came with a charge, and breakfast started later than ideal for early risers. The distance from the train station was slightly inconvenient, requiring a taxi for luggage transport.

Lovely little room, I liked the hotel!

my room included an adjoining terrace and a storage. the location was particularly good, only a short distance to old town it took only 5 minutes to walk to kirchbrucke bus stop.

Everything was good, however we stayed for 2 nights only. The room was nice little with a patio and a storage space included. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had great views. Hotel's location was good, close to everything. Loved our fine stay there a lot:)))

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the accommodation was simple and clean. The room was cheap and functional with a patio and a storage available. The view from the room was awesome. Its location just a short walk away from an imposing mountain was good.

The Double Room was super comfy with a nice little balcony that gave us an awesome view of the Matterhorn. The bathroom was modern and well arranged. Having a tub to relax in after hiking was a nice touch. It felt spacious and the bed was really cozy. Just a heads up, the breakfast layout could be better since the meat and cheese were mixed together, which might bother some guests.

The location is peaceful, nestled near charming shops and the start of various hiking trails. Breakfast was solid with fresh bread and local cheeses. A little balcony offered lovely mountain views.

We would stay there again for a holiday. the hotel staff is excellent and really helpful. It has unbeatable location, a short walk to the glacier, with shops and restaurants nearby. Dolmenweb Square is a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
